Mankato Mental Health Associates, P. A., is Celebrating Its 22nd Year as an Outpatient Mental Health Clinic. Mankato Mental Health Associates, P. A., offers therapeutic services in the areas of mental health, chemical dependency, addictions, dietary, nutritional, mediation, and conflict resolution to help individuals resolve problem areas in their lives.
Our Psychologists, Counselors, Therapists, and Dietitians are understanding professionals who strive to help their clients work through their emotional, physical, and relational distress, as well as identify their strengths and talents. Our professionals will listen, assist in understanding the issues, help find solutions, and work with clients to develop effective coping skills and strategies for living a healthier and happier lifestyle. Clients are active in this process through sharing their life situation, their thoughts and feelings, and their efforts to utilize the insight and learning of new skills to resolve the issues that brought them into therapy.
